Function
1:The machine is controlled by ceramic Anilox to transfer ink, and the number of lines can reach accurate ink transfer from 100LPI to 1200LPI.
2:The unwinding is with magnetic powder brake, automatic deviation correction, and automatic constant tension, and equipped with a air cylinder to assist in feeding to reduce the risk of manual handling
3:Each color unit is controlled by a servo motor and equipped with color tracking, actual pre-set position and automatic tracking position (optional)
The function greatly reduces the material loss of the initial color register and the deviation of the color register during printing, enhancing the qualified rate of the printed product
4:Each printing group comes standard with a set of infrared ovens, which can be optionally equipped with UV ovens. The ink transfer system consists of an ink roller, an ink tank, and a scraper holder,printing plate, and Anilox roller ect. When the machine stops, the plate roller automatically disengages from the printing roll, and the Anilox and ink transfer roll continue to maintain Keep running to prevent ink from drying, especially when using water-based ink.
