The Automatic Turret 4 Shafts Rewinder is a fully automatic rewinding machine, most commonly used for labeling production. This machine is connected to a slitting machine or other multifunctional device with slitting capability, and can perform non-stop rewinding for increased efficiency.
This rewinder is equipped with several features, such as automatic core loading with a storage tower for smaller cores, an automatic feeding system with mechanical arm to ensure precise positioning of the cores onto the rewind shaft, and PLC and touch screen automatic control for improved user-friendliness. Additionally, this rewinder includes an automatic gluing system (for a glue-type machine) and automatic labeling as standard.
What's more, this rewinder eliminates the need for changeover times (other than rewind shaft changeovers), and runs at a high speed of 50-120m/min. The double-sided heavy machine body provides stability when running at high speed, and the remodeled turret is maintenance-free for 10 years. Lastly, the optimized combination of mechanics and electricals make it possible to rewind single expansion shafts for eight die rolls without damaging the rotation.
The rewinder can be quickly connected to machines such as rotary die cutting, slitting and flexographic printing machines. It is equipped with a quick release air-expansion shaft of 1, 1.5 and 2 inches in diameter. Working with the rewinding machine does not demand manual mechanical adjustments when changing reel sizes, since its system can automatically run necessary adjustments to lessen labour force.
