This rewinder has a number of advantageous characteristics, such as an automatic core loading system equipped with a tower for small cores, an automatic feeding system with a mechanical arm to position cores accurately onto the rewind shaft, and a PLC and touch screen control making the operation more convenient. Furthermore, the machine provides automatic glue application to the cores and four spindle automatic turret rewinding; automatic roll eject system, automatic labeling, and no changeover times involved are also standard in the machine, adding to its appeal and making its price very competitive.
