The Automatic Turret 4 shafts Rewinder is a fully automatic rewinding machine, which is suitable for label production. By working together with the slitting machine or other multi-functional machines with slitting stations, it can continuously wind without stopping, thus greatly improving the production efficiency.
It is suitable to apply glue or labels(no glue) to printed or blank labels after slitting. With its built-in PLC and touch screen control, the operation of the machine is very friendly and convenient. Specifically, it is equipped with an automatic core loading system with storage tower for small cores, an automatic feeding system with mechanical arm that ensures accurate core positioning on the rewind shaft, an automatic roll ejection system, an automatic labeling system, and a double-side heavy machine body for a stable running in high-speed modes (50-120 m/min). Furthermore, the optimized combination of mechanical and electrical systems can realize a single expansion shaft for eight-die rewinding roll without biting the roll.
The rewinder can be connected to various types of machines: rotary die cutting, slitting machines, flexographic printing machines and other equipment. In addition, it is equipped with a quick-release air-expansion shaft of 1-inch, 1.5-inch, and 2-inch sizes.
The rewinding machine is designed for maximum efficiency. There is no need for manual mechanical adjustment when changing the sizes of the reels, since its system automatically adjusts the size of the reel to enable industrial-level production with a lower input of labor force.
