MQ-Z is a middle high speed flatbed die cutting machine that builds upon the success of MQ-A. Equipped with servo motor Schneider France, it offers improved stability and precision. The dual web guide for right and left sides ensures a precise control of +-0.1mm. The photoelectric eyes from Germany Leuze track both printed and unprinted materials for more versatile usage.
MQ-Z seamlessly combines material feeding, web guiding, color tracking, die cutting, laminating, hot stamping, hole punching, waste rewinding, and material sheeting or rewinding in one process, all controlled by a touch screen with PLC automatic tension controller. It is the ideal solution for post-press processing of labels, including label paper, nylon membrane, radium trademark, and security trademarks for electronic and adhesive products.

Note: For standard machines, the sheet cutting speed is approximately 150-160 pieces/min. With the addition of servo motor, the speed can reach 220-300 sheets/min.
