The flexo printing machine is specially made for printing paper and top-grade adhesive labels. It can finish the material-feeding, printing, varnish, solid color coating, IR or UV drying, laminating, rewinding and die-cutting, even slitting ect in one process.
The ceramic anilox rollers in this printing machine can spread ink. This advantage makes it wear-resistant, harden treatment and long using life, etc. It is able to improve the printing efficiency and make the products look more attractive.
Unwinding and rewinding in this printing machine is controlled by magnetism power brake and clutch, and tension controller is automatic. The printing unit also has 360º adjustable registration and each of them has one IR drier (6 fans customizable). UV dryer can be optional depending on request.
For the safety of the flexo resin plate, the rubber roller can break away automatically and run at a low speed when stopped. Moreover, the main motor is adopted the import stepless regulation of frequency conversion. Lastly, the one set of 3 inch air shaft is available for unwinding and rewinding, so it’s convenient to load and unload the material.
